Chadha Takes Helm as Google's Top Ad Strategist in APAC
Sapna Chadha has taken on a new role at Google as Vice President, Asia Pacific Ads Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations. This move comes after nearly four years in her previous position as Vice President, Southeast Asia and South Asia Frontier at Google Asia Pacific.
In her new role, Chadha will oversee the go-to-market strategy and operations for Google's advertising business across the Asia Pacific region. Her responsibilities span business strategy, growth priorities, resource allocation, product commercialization, sales operations, and business intelligence.
Chadha has been with Google since 2014, when she joined as Head of Small and Medium Business Marketing for India. Before that, she spent nearly a decade at American Express, where she held various roles in product management, business planning, strategy, and operations, including serving as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of American Express Banking Corp in India.
Her elevation comes as Google continues to expand its AI-powered advertising capabilities across APAC.
