Chase Freedom Flex Overhauls Point Rewards for Sapphire Cardholders

Chase has made significant changes to its Freedom Flex card, aimed at boosting utility for no-fee cardholders paired with Sapphire cards. The updated card now waives foreign transaction fees and offers a $250 bonus after spending $500 in three months. Additionally, it provides 10% extra value on select Chase Travel hotel bookings.

On the other hand, American Express users have been facing issues with missing point transfers to ANA Mileage Club since mid-August. According to ANA, unprocessed files are to blame for the delay in transfers initiated between August 19 and September 3, leaving travelers unable to book award flights.

Marriott's Brilliant card offers a high sign-up bonus of 150,000 points plus $250 after spending $6,000 by September 30. The card's annual fee is offset by Platinum status, dining credits, and an anniversary certificate.
