Chase Sapphire lounges have been expanding rapidly since their introduction in 2026. Currently, they can be found in seven airports across the US, including Boston, Las Vegas, New York JFK, and San Diego. The lounges are operated by The Club, a company that also manages Priority Pass spaces.

One of the standout features of Chase Sapphire lounges is their high-end amenities and services. For example, the Philadelphia lounge offers plated breakfasts, shower suites, and quiet zones with bar-style seating. However, the lounges' limited geographic reach remains a significant drawback for some travelers.

Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholders have complimentary access to these lounges, as well as up to two guests without an additional fee. Priority Pass members from other cards can use the lounges once per calendar year with any additional visits charged or denied. Time limits also apply, typically tied to departure within a three-hour window.

Compared to American Express Centurion Lounges, which have a wider footprint and more generous guest policies for Platinum cardholders, Chase Sapphire lounges offer a unique experience with high-quality food and beverages. However, the trade-off lies in their limited accessibility, requiring travelers to plan routes through airports where Sapphire Lounges exist or are announced.
