ChatGPT Referral Lands New Client for Doctor Rank Client, Call-Button Clicks Surge
Doctor Rank, an AI search and SEO agency for healthcare providers and law firms, has reported significant results from its work with several clients. One personal injury law firm in Florida received a new client who credited ChatGPT for recommending the firm when asked about top car accident attorneys in the area.
The firm had worked with Doctor Rank to rebuild attorney bio pages, reorganize practice-area pages, expand listings on legal directories, and manage its Google Business Profile listings. While the agency does not attribute the referral solely to any single change, it notes that clear and accurate online presence is crucial for practices to be recommended by AI assistants.
In another development, Doctor Rank reported increases in call-button clicks on Google Business Profiles for four medical and legal practices. A dermatology practice in Queens saw a 56% increase from June-July 2023 to the same period in 2025, while a personal injury law firm in Brooklyn experienced a 36.5% rise from November 2025 to February 2026 compared to the same four months in the previous year.
According to Artem Saribekyan, founder and CEO of Doctor Rank, patients and clients are no longer just searching online but also asking for recommendations. He emphasizes that practices must ensure their websites and listings accurately reflect what they offer and where they operate.
