Chevron and Astros Foundation Host Career Day Event for Local High School Students

The Chevron and Astros Foundation partnership brought together dozens of high school students from Raul Yzaguirre Schools for Success for a day focused on career exploration and hands-on learning at Daikin Park.

The event, made possible by the Wins for Kids grant program, featured a career panel, hands-on activities, and a viewing of the Houston Astros take on the Toronto Blue Jays.

The program has awarded $600,000 to organizations focused on education, leadership development, and creating opportunities for young people in the Houston area since 2018.
