Chevron Loses $54.3 Million to Net Selling by ETFs
Chevron (CVX) saw a net outflow of $54.3 million from exchange-traded funds (ETFs) on September 24, according to GuruFocus.
The sell-off came after two days of net buying, with ETFs purchasing $132.8 million and $94.8 million worth of CVX shares respectively on September 23 and 22.
However, the sellers moved more money than the buyers, resulting in a net outflow for the day. The move follows a period of fluctuating activity, including a net selling of $215.7 million on September 21 and a net buying of $1.88 billion on September 18.
