Cheyenne Resident Sues Council Over Microsoft Data Center Annexation

A Cheyenne resident has taken their opposition to Microsoft's data center annexation to court.

Alyssa Tolman, a local government and business reporter for Wyoming Tribune Eagle, reports that Alyssa Tolman, a Cheyenne resident, has asked the court to overturn the annexation and nullify the council's decision to seek judicial review on a citizen-led petition.

Tolman has spent nearly a year attending Cheyenne City Council meetings to speak against various industrial development-related items, including this data center project.
