China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Sells Two Boeing Jets
China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings has agreed to sell two Boeing 737-800 aircraft as part of its ongoing strategy to actively manage its fleet and portfolio. The transaction will be conducted through two wholly owned special purpose vehicles and is expected to complete on or before November 30, 2026.
The sale aims to boost income from aircraft trading, meet market demand for aircraft, and maintain strong client relationships. Under Hong Kong's listing regime, the deal qualifies as a discloseable transaction and a Qualified Aircraft Leasing Activity, with directors affirming that the terms are on normal commercial grounds and in the interests of shareholders.
The sale is part of China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings' broader leasing and asset management activities, which include aircraft leasing, purchase and leaseback, portfolio trading, and asset management. The company operates in the global aviation finance and leasing market, serving airlines and other aviation clients that require flexible fleet solutions and capital-efficient access to aircraft.
