Chrome Saves Scroll Position and Forms for Seamless Device Switching

Google has introduced three new features to its Chrome browser that are designed to make studying and productivity easier. The most notable feature is the ability to save scroll position when sending tabs between devices, including mobile and laptop.

This means that if you're working on a long document or research paper and need to switch to your phone during commute, you can pick up exactly where you left off without having to re-scroll through the entire document. The feature also saves partially filled-in forms, so you won't lose any progress.

Chrome's Gemini tool has also been updated to allow users to ask questions about videos and podcasts outside of YouTube. This feature uses AI to identify key takeaways and provide answers in a side panel. Additionally, the tool can generate interactive quizzes based on the content of your current tab.
