Cisco and Axis Communications have joined forces to provide greater visibility, scalability, and incident management for connected locations. The integration combines cloud-managed networking from Cisco with intelligent physical security devices from Axis, enabling organizations to manage both environments from a single dashboard.
Through the Meraki dashboard within Cisco Cloud Control, teams can monitor device health, firmware updates, patches, and connectivity in real-time. This unified view reduces the need for separate management of network and physical security devices, streamlining incident response and maintenance across locations.
The integration is built with privacy by design, incorporating protections such as encryption and secure boot to safeguard data from edge to cloud.
