Cisco and Splunk have teamed up to bring agentic workloads into the enterprise data center, challenging the conventional wisdom that deploying digital coworkers requires a public cloud provider.
The companies announced the availability of on-premises AI infrastructure designed specifically to host agentic workloads through the Cisco AI POD for Splunk. This turnkey stack combines Cisco UCS compute, NVIDIA GPU acceleration, Red Hat OpenShift, and Splunk's AI runtime software.
