Cisco Systems has strengthened its position in AI infrastructure through an expanded partnership with NVIDIA and Supermicro. The agreement combines Cisco's networking technology with Supermicro's high-density computing systems to create integrated systems for large-scale AI deployments.

The expanded Secure AI Factory portfolio now includes Supermicro's liquid-cooled and air-cooled computing platforms, which will be sold alongside Cisco's existing services. This allows customers to manage dense computing clusters together with traditional workloads through a unified architecture.

Cisco plans to expand its enterprise reference architectures using the latest NVIDIA infrastructure, aiming to reduce complexity for organizations deploying computing, networking, storage, security, and operational tools. The company will also develop a large-scale laboratory to test software and improve validation tools for complex deployments.
