Cisco Earnings Surge on Strong Networking Demand
Cisco Systems reported its Q4 fiscal 2026 earnings on February [unknown], beating estimates by 4.27%. The networking giant's non-GAAP earnings reached $1.22 per share, a 23% year-over-year increase.
Revenues rose 18% to $17.252 billion, exceeding the consensus estimate by 2.36%. Product revenues jumped 24%, while total software revenues increased 11% to $6.183 billion.
Cisco's Networking business saw significant growth, with revenues up 28% year over year to $9.791 billion. The company also secured three new hyperscaler design wins and reported AI infrastructure orders of $4 billion in Q4, exceeding the fiscal 2025 level by a factor of four and a half.
Cisco's cash flow and recurring metrics were also strong, with operating cash flow increasing 27% year over year to $5.386 billion.
