Cisco Expands NVIDIA Partnership with On-Premises Splunk AI Solution
Cisco has expanded its partnership with NVIDIA to bring Splunk AI on-premises. The new hardware and software package, called the Cisco AI POD for Splunk, combines new AI runtime software, Cisco infrastructure, and NVIDIA accelerated computing.
The Cisco AI POD for Splunk is a part of the Cisco Secure AI Factory with NVIDIA, which brings together the full AI stack. Customers can turn to partners including Accenture, bitsIO, Wipro, and World Wide Technology to help set it up.
The on-premises layer will run two Splunk products: the Splunk AI Assistant, available now, and Agent Launchpad, due later this year. These tools let teams carry out ad hoc agentic investigations and build custom agents, including for the agentic security operations centre.
