Cisco Joins Oak View Group as Official Technology Partner
Oak View Group (OVG) has announced Cisco as its official technology partner. The partnership aims to standardize infrastructure across OVG's venue network on Cisco solutions.
Cisco will also become an Official Partner of five OVG venues: Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, UBS Arena in New York, Moody Center in Austin, Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, CA, and CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore. Climate Pledge Arena, UBS Arena, and CFG Bank Arena already use Cisco solutions.
The two companies will work together to equip the remaining two venues with Cisco technology during the partnership. This collaboration is expected to enhance consistency, reliability, and performance across OVG's entire portfolio.
Katee LaPoff, Chief Technology Officer at OVG, emphasized the importance of a seamless guest experience in their operations: 'A seamless, exceptional guest experience across our ecosystem of operations is at the forefront of every decision we make at OVG Venues.'
