Cisco Partners Expect AI to Drive Over Half Their Revenues
Cisco has found that its partners expect artificial intelligence (AI) to become one of their main revenue drivers in the next few years, delivering more than half their revenues. In fact, a quarter of Cisco's channel already sees AI accounting for over half their revenues, and another 55% expect it to reach that stage within five years.
The key area where partners are making an impact is around AI security and compliance, with customers looking for trusted advisers who can provide them with a strategy and support the technology. According to Cisco's vice-president of solutions engineering for global partner sales, Alex Pujols, the market continues to evolve and create opportunities for its partner base.
Pujols noted that while the number of partners reporting high awareness of AI risks has declined, there are wider market changes responsible for this shift. He warned that customers need help trusting what they have deployed as agentic AI adoption moves faster and becomes more real.
