Cisco Partners with Oak View Group to Upgrade Venue Technology
Oak View Group (OVG), the parent company of Pollstar News, has named Cisco as its Official Technology Partner. This collaboration aims to standardize and enhance the technological infrastructure across OVG’s network of venues.
The partnership extends to five key OVG venues: Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, UBS Arena in New York, Moody Center in Austin, Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, California, and CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore. Cisco will provide a range of solutions, including enterprise networking, data center services, security, and collaboration tools. Climate Pledge Arena, UBS Arena, and CFG Bank Arena already utilize Cisco’s technology, while Moody Center and Acrisure Arena will be upgraded during the partnership.
Katee LaPoff, Chief Technology Officer of OVG, highlighted the importance of delivering a seamless guest experience. She noted that the partnership with Cisco ensures consistency, reliability, and a cutting-edge experience for attendees and event organizers alike.
