Cisco Systems has expanded its Secure AI Factory partnership with NVIDIA by incorporating Super Micro Computer's high-density liquid- and air-cooled compute systems, a move that could broaden the reach of Super Micro into complex large-scale AI deployments.

This development makes Super Micro a core hardware supplier within Cisco's AI ecosystem, potentially supporting the company's ambitious revenue goals. According to Super Micro's management, its FY2027 net sales guidance is $65.0 billion to $72.0 billion, which requires 32.9% yearly revenue growth.

The partnership with Cisco could provide another distribution channel for Super Micro's high-density GPU and liquid-cooled systems, but investors still need to weigh the risks of customer concentration and emerging price wars in the AI infrastructure market.
