Cisco Systems Sees Double-Digit Revenue Growth and Strong Earnings
Cisco Systems Inc. has reported double-digit revenue growth in its fiscal year 2026, with total revenue reaching $63.3 billion, a 12% increase from the previous year.
The company's non-GAAP earnings per share in fiscal Q4 2026 came in at $1.22 USD, exceeding consensus estimates by 4.38%, marking the fifth consecutive quarter of earnings beats and reinforcing Cisco's ability to convert higher volumes into profits.
Cisco's management has guided for a non-GAAP gross margin range of 65.0 to 66.0 percent in fiscal Q1 2027, implying that margins could decline by up to 130 basis points from the Q4 2026 level as a richer AI infrastructure mix weighs on percentage margins.
The company has also guided for about $7.5 billion USD in AI infrastructure revenue in fiscal 2027, a trajectory that investors use to benchmark the networking group against peers such as Ciena in terms of exposure to AI-driven demand.
