Cisco Unveils Secure On-Premises Splunk AI Innovations
Cisco is addressing a major barrier to AI adoption in enterprises by providing a secure and cost-efficient way to scale AI. The company has unveiled new Splunk AI innovations, including an expanded partnership with NVIDIA that brings Splunk AI to on-premises customers. This allows customers to safely deploy AI wherever their data lives, without compromising security or governance.
Jeetu Patel, President and Chief Product Officer at Cisco, said that the biggest roadblock to enterprise AI is its deployment difficulty. Customers want to know if they can trust AI to do the job, afford it, and secure it. By running Splunk AI on trusted infrastructure, customers can deploy AI with confidence and control.
Cisco has developed a reference architecture, Cisco Secure AI Factory with NVIDIA, that brings the full AI stack together. This includes new AI runtime software, Cisco infrastructure, NVIDIA accelerated computing, and Kubernetes-based architecture, pre-validated and optimized for Splunk AI workloads.
