Ciscomani's supporters point to independent rankings that measure bills he's sponsored and the rhetoric he's used as evidence of his bipartisanship. However, when it mattered most, Ciscomani has consistently voted with President Trump on consequential issues such as the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, tariffs, and the war in Iran.

Steller notes that even when other Republicans broke ranks on key issues, Ciscomani remained loyal to Trump. He claims that Ciscomani's votes on these issues are particularly damaging because they define the last two years of his term.
