Cisco's WebexOne Conference Tackles AI Collaboration and Integration
Cisco is set to bring together customers, partners, and technology leaders for its WebexOne conference in Austin from October 5-8. The event will focus on AI collaboration, with a central theme of integrating AI capabilities into established communications environments without creating new problems around data, security, and management.
Cisco executives Jeetu Patel, Anurag Dhingra, and Snorre Kjesbu will join speakers from companies like AMD, United Airlines, Deutsche Telekom, and others to discuss the growing role of AI agents as digital teammates. Sessions will examine how AI can help teams use context from conversations, content, and workflows to move work forward.
The event will also address customer experience, with a focus on creating more connected, personalised interactions across customer journeys. Healthcare, financial services, government, and public sector organisations will have dedicated roundtables to discuss the practical balancing act of applying AI to improve access and service without undermining compliance, customer trust, or operational resilience.
Cisco will showcase its collaboration device portfolio and offer sessions on intelligent workplace experiences, AI-ready workplace infrastructure, and meeting-room deployment. The technical programme includes over 115 classes and labs covering various topics related to Webex Suite, devices, integrations, security, observability, and platform development.
