Clarity Offers Free Microsoft Software Assessments to Jersey Businesses
Jersey-based technology firm Clarity is offering a free service to help businesses review their use of Microsoft software and identify areas where costs can be reduced or operations improved. The company's new Microsoft Value Assessment examines how organisations currently use their existing Microsoft 365 subscriptions, highlighting underutilized features, duplicated applications, and missed opportunities for automation.
According to Clarity, many businesses pay for capabilities they don't use, investing in software that Microsoft already provides. The assessment reviews licensing, security, and the potential for simplifying existing technology, as well as an organisation's readiness for artificial intelligence tools like Microsoft Copilot.
The free assessment includes a report with practical recommendations prioritized by urgency, typically delivered within 72 hours. Clarity's CEO, Neil Jordan, emphasizes that organisations often assume they're getting the most from Microsoft simply because they have 365 in place.
