Cloud Giants Pledge Over $3.1 Trillion for AI Infrastructure Support
Cloud giants have collectively pledged over $3.1 trillion to support AI infrastructure spending for other businesses, according to Morgan Stanley.
The five major cloud service providers - Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, Microsoft, and Oracle - are leading this financial commitment, with Alphabet's share reaching $890 billion primarily through procurement agreements.
This investment is expected to exceed $1.2 trillion in cash capital expenditures by 2027, with projected cash flows around $1 trillion.
