Coca-Cola Celebrates 90 Years in Malaysia with Football-Themed Campaign

The Premier League season has kicked off in Malaysia, and with it comes excitement for fans. Coca-Cola is celebrating the country's long-standing passion for football through its Rasa-Rasa Bola campaign. This year marks the company's 90th anniversary in Malaysia, having been present since 1936.

Coca-Cola says the campaign reflects how football has become part of Malaysian culture. Friends gather over drinks to watch matches together, families cheer on their favourite clubs at neighbourhood mamaks, and supporters wear their club colours with pride. The company's Marketing Director for Singapore, Malaysia, and Myanmar, Chrystian Lim, said 'For 90 years, Coca-Cola has been part of the moments that bring Malaysians together.' He added that football remains one of those enduring passions.

As part of the campaign, over 100,000 prizes are up for grabs. The grand prize is three pairs of tickets to watch a Premier League match live. Fans can participate in the Sorak Hujung Minggu Dengan Coke x Premier League nationwide promotion. Coca-Cola plans to transform more than 50,000 retail touchpoints across Malaysia with football-themed experiences.

The company is also planning additional partnerships and fan-focused experiences throughout the season. This will provide more opportunities for Malaysian supporters to come together and share their love for football.
