Coca-Cola Commits $10B to U.S. Expansion Amid Economic Headwinds
Coca-Cola has announced plans to invest $10 billion in its U.S. operations between now and 2030, aiming to expand production capacity, distribution facilities, and office spaces across multiple states.
The investment is part of a broader effort by the beverage giant to boost its presence in the American market, despite economic headwinds affecting consumers. In Q2 2026, Coca-Cola's sales reached $13.28 billion, up 7% from the previous year, while adjusted earnings per share grew by 11% year-over-year.
The company has also released a study celebrating its 140th anniversary, which highlights its contributions to the U.S. economy. The study found that Coca-Cola contributes $85 billion to the nation's gross domestic product and spends about $37 billion on its U.S. supply chain.
