He oversees $40 billion in annual spend across various categories, including agricultural commodities, equipment, logistics, marketing, general and administrative expenses, IT, procurement analytics, and supplier diversity.

Coe's role expanded in 2024 to include Technical Innovation & Supply Chain Services, bringing procurement closer to the operational heart of the business. He now supports innovation, planning, logistics, network design, and quality, strengthening connections between sourcing and operational decision-making.

'One of the most interesting aspects of my role is the extraordinary breadth of categories my team and I oversee,' Coe says. 'The focus is on enabling better, faster decisions across innovation, planning, logistics, network design and all matters around quality and regulatory requirements.'
