Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Board Director Nathalie Gaveau Resigns

Nathalie Gaveau is resigning from her position as an independent non-executive director at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc, effective Monday. She has served on the board since January 2019 and was a member of the Affiliated Transaction Committee and the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee until 2025.

Gaveau's departure will be filled by Mary Harris, who will serve as interim member of the Affiliated Transaction Committee starting Monday. The company's Nomination Committee is reviewing its board composition and searching for a new independent non-executive director to replace Gaveau, in accordance with the company's Articles of Association and Shareholders' Agreement.
