Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Buys Back Nearly 300,000 Shares

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has made significant moves in its share buyback program. The company purchased 297,365 ordinary shares between August 17 and August 21 through Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC or their affiliates.

The repurchased shares were bought on US trading venues for prices ranging from $105.24 per share to $108.62 per share during the period. On London trading venues, prices ranged from £77.75 per share to £79.85 per share.

The purchases are part of the company's €1 billion target in ordinary share repurchases announced on February 17, 2026. The shares will be cancelled following the purchase.
