Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Buys Back Over 214,000 Shares

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has continued its share buyback program by purchasing over 214,000 shares between August 24 and 28. The company bought a total of 155,000 ordinary shares on US trading venues through Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC or their affiliates, and 59,393 ordinary shares on London trading venues.

The repurchased shares will be cancelled, as part of the company's ongoing effort to return value to shareholders. The purchases were made at prices ranging from $106.75 to $110.54 per share on US trading venues, and £78.60 to £81.35 per share on London Stock Exchange and related venues.

The share buyback program was announced in February 2026, with a target of repurchasing up to €1 billion of ordinary shares. Coca-Cola Europacific Partners operates across 31 countries, serving approximately 600 million consumers and over 4 million customers.
