Egypt Partners with Cisco to Train 3,000 Digital Trainers
Egypt's National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) has partnered with Cisco Systems to strengthen the country's digital skills development. The agreement was signed by Dr Ahmed Khattab, Director of NTI, and Mohamed Kamel, General Manager of Cisco Egypt.
The partnership aims to train 3,000 internationally certified trainers through the Cisco Networking Academy programme. This will equip them with advanced technical and instructional capabilities that can be transferred to students and other trainees.
The initiative is expected to contribute to Egypt's efforts to develop a skilled digital workforce and strengthen national capabilities in networking and information and communications technology.
