Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Continues Share Buyback with 273k Ordinary Shares Purchase

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) has continued its share buyback program by purchasing 273,393 ordinary shares between August 24 and 28.

The purchases were made on both US and London trading venues, with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC serving as the intermediary. CCEP repurchased a total of 155,000 shares on US venues and 59,393 shares on London venues.

The highest price paid per share was USD 110.5400 on August 24, while the lowest price paid was USD 106.7500 on August 27. The volume-weighted average price across all transactions was approximately USD 109.00.

CCEP's share buyback program aims to repurchase up to EUR 1 billion of ordinary shares in aggregate, with the company confirming that these purchases form part of this initiative announced on February 17, 2026.
