Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Director Gaveau Steps Down Amid Board Review

Nathalie Gaveau is stepping down from her role as an independent non-executive director at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, effective Monday.

Gaveau has been on the board since January 2019 and was a member of the Affiliated Transaction Committee. She also served on the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee until 2025.

The company's Nomination Committee is reviewing the board composition and will appoint a new independent non-executive director to replace Gaveau as required by CCEP's Articles of Association and the Shareholders' Agreement.
