Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Loses Board Member Nathalie Gaveau

Nathalie Gaveau is resigning from her position as an independent non-executive director at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, effective Monday. The board member has served since January 2019 and was a part of the Affiliated Transaction Committee. She also held a spot on the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee until 2025.

Gaveau's departure will be filled by Mary Harris, who will take over as an interim member of the Affiliated Transaction Committee. The company's Nomination Committee is reviewing its board composition and will soon appoint a new independent non-executive director.
