Coca-Cola Introduces New Flavors and Prebiotic-Infused Drinks for 2027
Coca-Cola has announced a lineup of new beverages set to hit the market in 2027. The company will preview these upcoming innovations at the 2026 NACS Show in Las Vegas from October 7 to October 9. Among the new offerings are Coca-Cola Cherry Lime, which will launch in February 2027, and Coca-Cola Strawberry Float, arriving in summer 2027. Additionally, Mr. Pibb Black-Current will get a berry-forward twist with blackberry and black currant flavors, set to debut in spring 2027 but only for a limited time.
The brand will also experiment with adding prebiotic fiber to Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Sprite Zero Sugar, and Fresca in parts of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania starting late October. These products will contain 6 grams of prebiotic fiber and zero sugar. Other new releases include Powerade’s Watermelon and Lemon Lime Zero Sugar in January 2027, and Vitaminwater’s Zero Sugar Formula 100 in Grape launching in March 2027.
Topo Chico is expanding its portfolio with the new Topo Chico Colección available this month, and Topo Chico Sabores Pineapple Coconut arriving in February 2027. Core Power Banana will also debut in January 2027, marking the protein drink brand’s first new flavor in nearly a decade.
Shakir Moin, president of marketing for North America at The Coca-Cola Company, emphasized the importance of consumer-driven innovation. “What people want from their beverages continues to evolve, from new flavors and experiences to added functionality,” Moin said. The company aims to meet these changing needs with a diverse portfolio of new choices.
