Coca-Cola Latin America Boss Sells Stock After Exercising Employee Options

Coca-Cola's Latin America boss, Bruno Pietracci, has sold off stock after exercising employee options. The sale involved 111,365 shares of common stock at a weighted average price of $90.9303 per share on August 20, 2026.

Pietracci exercised three sets of employee stock options: one set granted in February 2022 with an exercise price of $61.34, another set granted in February 2023 with an exercise price of $60.02, and a third set granted in February 2024 with an exercise price of $60.275.

The shares were sold at prices ranging from $90.90 to $91.10. After the sale, Pietracci's indirect holding of Coca-Cola common stock decreased by 66,757 shares, down to 44,608 shares held indirectly through a corporation associated with him.
