Coca-Cola Removes Debt Securities from NYSE Listing
The Coca-Cola Company (KO) has submitted a Form 25 to remove two series of debt securities from listing and registration on the New York Stock Exchange. The affected securities are its 1.875% Notes due September 22, 2026 and its 0.750% Notes due 2026.
The removal is voluntary and complies with Section 12(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the procedures in 17 CFR 240.12d2-2, including subsection (c) for voluntary withdrawal by the issuer. The New York Stock Exchange LLC has complied with its rules to strike these classes of notes from listing.
The delisting is expected to reduce visibility, trading volume, and price stability for these securities, making it more challenging for investors to buy, sell, and value them.
