Coca-Cola Shakes Up Leadership in McDonald's Partnership

The Coca-Cola Company has announced leadership changes in its Customer Commercial and McDonald's teams. Roberto Mercadé, current president of The McDonald's Division, will become Chief Customer & Commercial Officer on November 1st, reporting to Global Chief Marketing and Customer Commercial Officer Manolo Arroyo.

Mercadé succeeds Jorge Garduño, who stepped down from the role August 31st after a 34-year career with the company. Mercadé has been president of The McDonald's Division since 2023, having previously held roles in Mexico and South Africa.

Pamela Stewart will succeed Mercadé as president of The McDonald's Division, reporting to CEO Henrique Braun. Stewart currently serves as Chief Customer Officer, Retail for Coca-Cola's North America operating unit.
