Coca-Cola Taps Rishav Gandhi as Eurasia and Middle East People Chief
Coca-Cola has announced the promotion of Rishav Gandhi to Vice President, People & Culture for Eurasia and Middle East. The change will take effect in August 2026.
Gandhi will be based in Türkiye, where he will lead the people and culture agenda for the region. He expressed his excitement about this new chapter on LinkedIn, calling it a homecoming of sorts after nearly eight years with the company.
The move marks a significant expansion of Gandhi's role, which previously included leading the people and culture agenda for global marketing and the McDonald's Division from Atlanta. Before that, he worked as Senior Director, Talent & Development, Latin America from February 2021 to April 2023, where he was responsible for talent and development strategy for the region.
Gandhi has a diverse background in human resources, having previously worked at Deloitte US as a management consultant and Airtel as Assistant Manager HR and Management Trainee. He also holds an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
