Coca-Cola Weighs December IPO Filing for Indian Bottling Unit
Coca-Cola is considering filing a draft prospectus in December for a potential stock market listing of its Indian bottling unit, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages.
The move would primarily involve a sale of shares by existing investors and could value Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages at about $10 billion, according to Bloomberg News.
Coca-Cola has added Axis Capital and IIFL Capital Services to the lineup of banks advising on the Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages offering, which also includes Kotak Mahindra Capital, Citigroup, JPMorgan, and Morgan Stanley.
