ComplianceQuest and Zolon PCS to Modernize FDA Quality Management System
ComplianceQuest and Zolon PCS have been chosen to modernize the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) enterprise quality management system. The initiative is part of a five-year agreement awarded to Zolon PCS as the prime contractor, with ComplianceQuest as its platform partner. The collaboration aims to implement an AI-enabled quality management solution built on the Salesforce FedRAMP Government Cloud platform, designed to strengthen compliance, improve consistency, and streamline quality processes across FDA centers and offices.
The project focuses on four key priorities: connected quality operations, trusted data and enterprise visibility, intelligence and automation, and secure, scalable federal delivery. The goal is to bring document control, training, change management, and audits under a unified system, coupled with real-time reporting and insights. The solution will also leverage AI to accelerate investigations, identify emerging risks, and support better decision-making.
Prashanth Rajendran, CEO of ComplianceQuest, emphasized the shift from individual quality systems to connected enterprise platforms. He highlighted the need for technology that meets the complexity and evolving requirements of highly regulated environments. Goutham Amarneni, President of Zolon PCS, expressed pride in supporting the FDA's public health mission, noting the importance of the right platform and delivery partner for such a large-scale modernization effort.
ComplianceQuest's QRC platform is designed to unify quality, risk, and compliance across various aspects of an organization, including product, manufacturing, people, suppliers, and customers. Zolon PCS, a joint venture between Pioneer Corporate Services and Zolon Tech, provides secure and mission-focused IT services to federal agencies.
