Corvex Expands Nvidia Contract for High-Performance Computing Deal

Corvex, a company providing high-performance computing services, announced an expansion of its contract with Nvidia to supply clusters of Blackwell GPUs to a leading AI company. The deal, which expands on a previous commitment, includes dedicated storage and CPUs connected through Nvidia's Quantum-2 InfiniBand networking.

The project is expected to generate full run-rate revenue midway through the current quarter, according to Corvex. The company financed the expansion using debt financing, customer prepayments, and cash on hand, allowing it to scale its infrastructure without additional equity funding.

Corvex's Co-Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer Seth Demsey stated that the deployment of liquid-cooled Blackwell systems inside an air-cooled facility in roughly two weeks was an engineering milestone designed to accelerate customer deployment timelines.
