CPaT Global Introduces NextGen Boeing 737 MAX Training Course
CPaT Global has introduced its NextGen Boeing 737 MAX Aircraft Systems course, expanding its portfolio of training content. The new course is designed to help airlines integrate aircraft systems knowledge with practical operational applications, supporting Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) programs.
The NextGen course features flexible, modular Microlessons that allow trainers to create targeted, scenario-based lessons. This structure enables training departments to tailor content to specific operational situations and learning objectives, while providing pilots with focused review materials.
“Aircraft systems knowledge becomes more meaningful when pilots can connect it to the situations they encounter in operation,” said Capt. Greg Darrow, Vice President of Sales at CPaT Global. The course leverages CPaT SmartGraphics for dynamic visuals that clarify complex systems, reinforcing understanding and supporting CBTA, Advanced Qualification Program (AQP), and Evidence-Based Training (EBT) objectives.
The Boeing 737 MAX course joins CPaT’s existing NextGen offerings for the Boeing 737NG, Airbus A320ceo, Embraer E175, and Boeing 787, further expanding the company’s Aircraft Systems portfolio.
