CPPIB Invests $177 Million in Honeywell Aerospace
The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) has invested $177.15 million in Honeywell Aerospace, buying 791,179 shares of its stock.
This is according to a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which shows that CPPIB acquired approximately 0.25% of Honeywell Aerospace's outstanding shares.
Other institutional investors and hedge funds have also made new investments in the company, including Grandfield & Dodd LLC, SCS Capital Management LLC, SFE Investment Counsel, MidFirst Bank, and IMC Chicago LLC.
Honeywell Aerospace is a leading manufacturer of aircraft components, avionics, engines, and systems for various markets, including commercial airlines, military and defense, business aviation, and space.
