Cramer Bets on Software Giants Despite AI Fears

Jim Cramer recently defended several software giants on his show Mad Money, arguing that the market has overreacted to fears of AI-driven disruption.

Cramer singled out ServiceNow, Salesforce, Cadence Design Systems, and Workday as examples of companies whose fundamentals remain strong despite significant declines in their stock prices.

He pointed out that these companies have all beaten earnings for four consecutive quarters, with double-digit revenue growth, yet are now trading at a fraction of their previous highs.

Cramer's main contention is that the market has collectively decided that no software company is safe from AI-driven competition, but he believes this fear is overstated and largely theoretical.
