D23 Expo Reveals Sneak Peeks of Marvel, Pixar, and Star Wars Attractions

Disney fans are in for a treat as the D23 fan expo kicks off at the Anaheim Convention Center. The event promises to offer exclusive previews of Disney theme park projects, including the Avengers Campus expansion and the Avatar land. On Thursday, August 13, Disney hosted a media preview of the D23 convention floor.

The Walt Disney Imagineering pavilion showcased scale models of the upcoming attractions, including the Stark Flight Lab ride vehicle. The exhibit also featured miniature versions of other projects currently under construction. In addition to the Imagineering showcase, attendees will be able to experience the Disney+ Hulu Experience and the ESPN booth with the NFL Lombardi trophy.

The D23 media preview included a sneak peek at the Pixar Animation Studios Pavilion, where visitors can learn about upcoming animation projects. Walt Disney Imagineering will also host the Horizons: A Carousel of Progress showcase on Saturday, August 15 at the Honda Center, which will be broadcast live on Disney+ at 7 p.m. Pacific Time.
