D23 Fan Expo Unveils Sneak Peeks at New Disney Theme Park Attractions

Disney fans are gearing up for the D23 fan expo in Anaheim, California, which kicks off on Friday, August 14. The three-day event promises to deliver sneak peeks at new rides, shows, and lands coming to Disney theme parks worldwide.

The Walt Disney Imagineering pavilion took center stage with scale models of the Avatar land and Avengers Campus expansion at Disney California Adventure. A miniature version of the Stark Flight Lab ride vehicle was also on display.

Jonathan Garson, general manager of Pixar, gave a glimpse into the Pixar Animation Studios Pavilion during the media preview. The D23 show floor will feature pavilions dedicated to Marvel, Star Wars, and Avatar, offering previews of Disney theme park projects over the next five years.
