Dagco Inc. Boosts Holdings in Amazon.com, Inc.

Dagco Inc., an institutional investor, increased its holdings in Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) by 60.5% during the second quarter, according to a recent disclosure with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The company purchased an additional 4,850 shares, bringing its total ownership to 12,863 shares of Amazon's stock. Dagco's holdings in Amazon were worth $3,066,000 as of its most recent filing with the SEC.

This is not an isolated instance of institutional investors buying into Amazon's growth prospects. Vanguard Group Inc., State Street Corp, and Geode Capital Management LLC have all increased their positions in Amazon's stock during the same period.

Amazon's future logistics businesses are also gaining traction, with Prime Air planning to reach nearly 500 U.S. cities and towns by year-end. Separately, Zoox has begun offering autonomous rides in San Francisco, increasing Amazon's exposure to the robotaxi market.
