Dangote Seeks Legacy Through Professional Governance

Nigerian industrialist Aliko Dangote wants his companies to outlive him and run independently, like Microsoft or JPMorgan.

Dangote's goal is for his businesses to have 'the highest level of governance,' so that no relative can undo what he spent decades building.
