A senior data engineer's LinkedIn post has gone viral after he revealed receiving over 20 job offers from top tech companies, including Adobe, Tesla, and Amazon. Nishchay Agrawal attributed his success to months of interview preparation, persistence, and continuous learning.
Agrawal shared that he landed offers from companies such as Salesforce, eBay, JioHotstar, CRED, Twilio, Arcesium, Autodesk, New Relic, Tookitaki, Concentric AI, Deep Sync, Albertsons Companies, Proximity Works, Safe Security, and Flexton Inc., among others.
In his post, Agrawal emphasized that he did not rely on luck but instead put in years of hard work. He reflected on the long hours spent studying, weekends dedicated to improving his skills, failed interviews, debugging sessions, and moments of self-doubt.
Agrawal expressed gratitude towards his family, managers, colleagues, recruiters, and interviewers for giving him opportunities to prove himself.
